Your Choices

Account Information

You may access and update your account profile information by logging into your account via our Services. When you close your account or otherwise cease your relationship with us, we may retain certain information as required by law or for our legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period as may be required by law. Upon your death, your account and all personal information associated with your account will be suspended for 30 days, and after that, we will delete your account and all personal information associated with your account, except to the extent we are required to retain this information by law.

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from ADS Resolve by following the instructions in those messages. Please note that if you opt out, we may still send you transactional or relationship messages, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
